1 General Rules

Hibajji is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Hibajji and you (the "User"). By using any of Hibajji's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

  • Hibajji's services are available to users aged 18 and above only.
  • Each individual may only register one account.
  • Accounts registered with false information will be permanently cancelled.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Hibajji, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details are required at registration:

  • Date of Birth: To verify that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Mobile Number: A valid Bangladeshi number.
  • Email Address: Active and your own.
  • Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number.

After registration, Hibajji may ask you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID and a selfie. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of these Terms. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify us immediately.

3 Betting Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on Hibajji and are enforced equally for all users.

  • Minimum Bet: The minimum amount per bet is ৳10।
  • Maximum Bet: Maximum limits are set per event and market.
  • Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it is considered final.
  • Odds Change: Always verify the odds before placing a bet — they cannot be changed once confirmed.
  • Live Betting: Odds may change rapidly during a live match.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Hibajji may cancel a bet and refund the staked amount in the following situations:

  • If an event is officially cancelled before completion.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
  • Where the official outcome remains uncertain due to a decision by the governing authority.
  • If a match starts more than 36 hours after its scheduled time.

Hibajji's betting decisions are final. For any disputes, please contact our support team — we aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Hibajji supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳200।
  • Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Processing Time: Usually instant — up to 15 minutes at most.
  • Make sure to use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
  • Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Processing Time: Within 3–24 hours.

  • Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
  • Match Fixing: Match result manipulation or suspicious betting patterns.
  • Automated Betting: Placing automated bets using bots or software.
  • Account Sale: Transferring or selling your account to another person.
  • Money Laundering: Processing funds from illegal sources.
  • Fraud: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Hibajji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Upon violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • If registration is completed with false or incomplete information.
  • If KYC verification has not been completed.
  • If suspicious or unusual financial activity is detected.
  • When required by order of a court or competent authority.

Upon account closure, any legitimately earned balance will be refunded within 30 business days, though it may be held pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

Hibajji strives to deliver the highest quality of service, however our liability is limited in certain areas:

  • If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure.
  • Issues arising from third-party technical failures.
  • During unplanned server maintenance.
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Under no circumstances will Hibajji's total liability to a user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
